Make Money From Partying
Have you ever gone to a party and thought they needed more games or decorations? Maybe you are one of those that went to a party and said "Wow! I wish I could throw a party like this." Well, now you can! People every day pay to have someone come in and set up a party for everything from birthdays to graduations, bridal showers and more. When you see someone walking around making sure this is straight or if there is enough of something else, they are generally the ones responsible for making sure things flow smoothly. Now think of your child's last birthday party and how you had to spend so much time making sure everyone had what they wanted and that the kids were entertained. Now, didn't you wish that there were someone else in charge so you could join in the fun? Well, now there can be, you. You can make that next birthday party special for not only the children, but the parents as well.
That's right, you can organize right? You know the right places to get that special birthday cake, or better yet, can make one even nicer on your own. You know all of the bargain places to shop for those party supplies, so yes, you can throw a children's birthday party. Now I know you are wondering what is the catch, and I am here to tell you there isn't one. You can even make money by going in and setting everything up, making sure the guests have arrived and that you have plenty of everything. Now, I know you are thinking that it takes more than this to throw a birthday party, and you're right. You have to see who is coming, offer to send out invites, gather the party supplies or better yet have some really nice ones of your own, you also have to make sure the food is ready and everything is set up. I know that sounds like a lot for only one person, but you have done it before at your own child's party. You might even consider bringing in a friend or two. Now that you have your crew, go out and buy some coloured plates, glasses and plastic ware to match, you are set to go. One hint about the paper settings, you might want to think of pinks and blues, but reds, greens, yellows, basically ever colour you can get under the rainbow. You also want to look into decorating supplies, such as large packages of balloons, and possibly a helium tank. Then you want to look at maybe some other decorations like streamers and party hats. You can even buy theme items, such as princesses for girls and Lilo and Stitch, Piņatas, and more. You can also tell your host or hostess that you have party favours for the kids as well.
Once you have bought all of your supplies together, picked out or decided who is making the cakes, and prepared the food, you need to look into advertising. Of course, word of mouth is always good and having another friend help you set up your first party would even be better. They can give you references and you can help them by offering a discount price. You also need to look into advertising online, and in your local newspaper. You can even go around and hang up signs at businesses that allow you too. You might even consider mentioning it to your local church. You need to factor in the price for all of your supplies, your advertising, and of course the time you spend setting up the parties. Think about offering coupons for your business, if one person refers you to another then you can offer a percentage or amount off. You can do all of this and if you buy your supplies in bulk or at wholesale you will save literally hundreds. So why not give it a try, why not make money from partying!
